I just wanted to let you know how very pleased all of us in the Apache County Special Crimes Enforcement Team have been with the vehicles that were recently upfitted through AEP. Apache County has used several up-fitters in the past and AEP is by far the best. The fit and finish is far above par and the quality of craftsmanship and attention to detail are unsurpassable.

 

I also had the privilege of working directly with Tim Redivo on these builds and I couldn’t be more happier with the experience. He sincerely loves what he is doing and who he works for and it shows. Tim helped us every step of the way, explained everything to us as we went, and kept us updated (we were chomping at the bit). I feel that Tim went out of his way to be personable to us and has excellent customer service skills.

 

Because of the overall experience, I am going to approach my command staff and suggest that all future builds for the Apache County Sheriff’s Office are done through AEP. I think they’ll be convinced when they see our vehicles that were recently up-fitted.

Good afternoon Adam, 


I just wanted to take a moment and express how impressed I am with AEP and the staff. Months ago, I met with Brittany Duckworth to discuss a Battalion Chief Command Kit build out for a new F250. Within a very short period, she provided me with a very detailed quote and timelines from start to finish. This information allowed me to provide my board with exact numbers which in turn, allowed us to budget appropriately. 


Once the vehicle was delivered, your staff scheduled a start to finish date that was only one month long. Close to the exact date, I received notification that the vehicle was complete 
and a walk through with you would be the next step. 


Also, I want to personally thank you for taking the time to provide me with a very thorough walkthrough of the vehicle as well as, adjusted a few items on the spot. As you recall, there was one item still needing to be addressed which you handled that very night, after hours. 


It has been approximately one month since I picked up the vehicle and put it into service. Currently, every item on the vehicle seems to be working perfectly and exceeded what my 
true expectations were. 


The vehicle command kit works perfectly for my application as well as looks extremely clean regarding the workmanship. 


If there are any other customers considering work through AEP and I would like to see my vehicle, I would be happy to take the time to display and discuss.

"AEP has installed our aftermarket equipment on our Law Enforcement vehicles for the past 4 years. 
Our vehicles are done in a timely manner and if we ever have questions on anything they have installed on our vehicles they take the time to explain how the equipment was installed and how it works. 
AEP is very professional and knowledgeable if they do not know the answer they research and find the answer for us. 
The Forest Service and AEP have a great working relationship. We are always looking at new technology and AEP shares with us what is out there and what is working and not working.
